Beginning again is humiliating. It admits the last version stalled. Larch expects failure in advance so it never has to feel that admission. Personal Year 1 romanticises the seed. The psychology is plainer: you are allowed to be a beginner in public twice.
Make the beginning smaller than your pride. Then do it where someone kind can see, or where no one can — whichever actually gets it out of the draft.
A restart that needs a press release is still a plan.
