The slogan
Neecha is the classical opposite of exaltation: the graha in a sign where its nature is considered strained. Traditional texts can be blunt. Blunt is not a career forecast. Cancellation rules exist because even the old books knew the story was not a single word.
The more nuanced weather
A debilitated planet can describe extra work in that domain. Extra work sometimes produces skill. Failure, when it happens, has more authors than a sign. Practitioners look for neecha bhanga, house support, the Navamsa. CapSage will look, and still will not call a life ruined from a glyph.
A bent instrument can make a truer note than a trophy.
