Dashas

Planetary seasons. A climate you walk through — not a verdict you receive.

Seasons of a life

Vimshottari dasha is the most common timing tool in Jyotish: a sequence of planetary periods, each with sub-periods, unfolding from the natal Moon’s nakshatra. Think of a mahadasha as a climate lasting years, a bhukti as a season inside it, a transit as a week’s weather.

A Saturn season can be heavy without being a verdict. A Jupiter season can be generous without being a guarantee. You still walk.

How to hold timing

Name the host. Name the room of life it occupies. Then look at what is already happening — work, rest, a mood, a Name — and refuse to collapse the map into fate.

CapSage will not compute your dasha. When a calculator arrives, it will still be a weather glass, not a judge.
