Why Does Money Come and Then Disappear?

Money that arrives as weather and leaves as weather is one of the oldest human complaints. Astrology is often asked to explain it as a placement. Sometimes the placement is interesting. Sometimes the cupboard had no door.

Within Jyotish, the second house is what is kept — speech, food, movable resource, the family store. The eighth is other people's money, inheritance, the sudden. The eleventh is gains. The twelfth is expenditure, leak, the foreign bill. Rahu in a money house is often read as appetite around keeping; Jupiter as expansion that can inflate a lifestyle as fast as an income. Traditional notes are weather reports. They are not a cash-flow statement, and they will not tell a bank what to do.

A leak is not always a twelfth house. Sometimes it is a habit with a story attached.
