Why Do I Feel Alone Even Around People?

The table is occupied. The conversation is technically happening. You are present as a courtesy. Loneliness in company is a specific weather. It is not the same as having no invitations.

What the sky is often doing

The Moon wants to belong before it thinks. Saturn can make belonging a long apprenticeship. Ketu can unhook from the room while the body is still in it. The twelfth adds the far cell, sleep, the sense of watching through glass. Practitioners sketch these as climates of solitude, delayed intimacy, or a mind that restocks itself by withdrawing. Traditional notes mention exile, ashrams, the unseen. They do not mention a mood disorder, and CapSage will not borrow the clinic's language to decorate a bhava.

Solitude is a faculty. Isolation is a climate that forgot it had a door.

This page does not diagnose. If you are cut off and unwell, contact a human who works with that — not an archive. If you are only tired of performing company, a timed retreat is allowed, and so is one unnecessary kindness that is not a project. A 'hard' Moon or a twelfth-house year is a weather report. It is not a sentence to be alone. Then the response: stop treating one placement as the whole plot.

Also in the house

Readers exploring this theme may also find these interesting. Similar weather across traditions is not proof that one system explains another.

The chart is not a diagnosis

Moon affliction is not depression. Sixth-house weather is not a disease. Stop borrowing the clinic.
