Soul Note
The One-Minute Attention Practice
Sixty seconds. One object. No identity upgrade.

Pick a thing that is already there: breath at the nostril, the weight of the cup, a sound in the street. Stay. When you leave, come back. When the minute ends, stop. Do not add a second minute as a moral victory.
Why so small
Because a practice you will not do is an ornament. Because attention is a currency and most of us are overdrawn. Because the spiritual productivity cult will try to turn this into an hour and then into shame.
A minute you did is larger than an hour you advertised.
If the object is a Name, you are already in the Sound room. If it is the body, stay here. The fetch is the same.

Rest Is Also a Practice
Not a reward. Not a collapse. A thing you do on purpose, like a round of beads.
