'Allah is sufficient for us, and He is the best disposer of affairs.' The phrase is Qur'anic (3:173) and lives in Muslim memory as a dhikr of trust under pressure. Traditional use is remembrance, not a guarantee that the pressure will resolve on your preferred schedule.
