Charisma is weather, not a spell

A bright tenth with Rahu can describe a public hunger. A Sun that wants the room can describe heat. Together they are a climate in which charisma is easy to project — by the person, or onto them.

Cult leadership is a behaviour in the world, not a yoga in a textbook. We can study the weather of influence. We will not stamp a yogic label on a life we have not earned the right to judge.
